Skill Encyclopedia is an imprint of Juan Diaz, LLC, which publishes these bundles. Paddle takes the payment as the seller of record, and that is the name on your invoice and your card statement — not Juan Diaz, LLC.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. What you are buying
A bundle is a set of documents, each one a PDF. You download them and keep them. There is no portal, no login and no access that can be revoked. Nothing on this site is a subscription and nothing renews.
Every bundle page lists its documents by name, and the number it states is the number of documents in that list. Those are the documents you get. Some bundles add a short guide on how to use one of them; that is extra, never instead.
3. What you may do with it
Your licence is set out in full on the licence page, which forms part of these terms.
4. Delivery and the right of withdrawal
Files are delivered immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase, but that right lapses for digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it.
Checkout therefore asks you to confirm both before the download starts. If you would rather keep the fourteen days, do not confirm — and write to us instead.
5. Price and tax
Prices are in euros and include any value added tax due where you live. The price on the page is the price you pay; there is nothing added at the end. Your receipt shows the tax that was included and the rate it was charged at.
If you are buying as a business and give us a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies and the tax comes off.
6. Refunds
If a file is corrupt, missing, or not what the page said it was, write to us and we will replace it or refund you. We do not refund because a bundle was not useful to you: the contents of every bundle are listed in full before you buy, and one complete bundle is free so you can judge the standard first.
7. No guarantee of results
These are reference documents, not advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and we make no promise about what using them will do for your business.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country of residence.
