What you may do with a bundle

Short version: use it in your business as much as you like. Do not sell it on, and do not pass the files to people outside your business.

You may

  • Read, print and store the files, on as many of your own devices as you like.
  • Edit the documents — cut them, rewrite them, put your own company name on them.
  • Use them internally: hand a checklist to your team, build a process on top of a guide.
  • Use the ideas in your own client work, in your own words.

You may not

  • Resell, licence or give away the files, edited or not.
  • Publish them anywhere a stranger can download them, including as a lead magnet of your own.
  • Share a download link, or your account, outside your own business.
  • Claim you wrote them, or present Skill Encyclopedia as yours.

The free bundle has the same licence

Scale Smarter with SOPs is free, not unlicensed. Everything above applies to it exactly as it applies to a bundle you paid for.

One business, not one person

The licence covers the business that bought it, including its employees and contractors while they work for it. It does not stretch to a second company you also own, a client of yours, or a friend.

It does not expire

Once a bundle is yours it stays yours. Juan Diaz, LLC cannot take it back, and nothing here depends on this site continuing to exist.

Who holds the rights

Juan Diaz, LLC holds the rights needed to sell these bundles and to grant you this licence. The documents are published under the Skill Encyclopedia imprint; the underlying rights sit with Juan Diaz, LLC.

If you want more than this

If you want to use a bundle in a way the list above rules out — put it in a course you sell, hand it to clients as a deliverable, translate and publish it — ask. It is a conversation, not a no. Write to us and say what you have in mind.
